Weaving
With an array of 44 Sulzer looms initially we weave our fabric exactly as per our buyer’s requirements. It leads us to have our shipments without delay. We weave different styles and qualities like percale up to 250 threads, dobby, twill, stripe sateen, and yarn dyed.
Inspection Stations
Every inch of fabric produced at weaving is inspected at our specially designed inspection stations with strict quality control. Fabric is inspected in good light condition to ensure only the best quality of fabric is issued to the processing unit.

Bleaching & Dying
With state of the art bleaching and dying setup, our company is one the best in Pakistan. We can manufacture and finish fabric up to 134 inches wide.
Processing
We are very capable of exporting any fabric of any construction in bleached, semi-bleached, PFP (prepared for printing), PFD (prepared for dyeing), or dyed form. We offer a range of processed fabric products, which speaks expressively for quality. These products are made to exact specifications and composition for our customers.
Grey Gowdown
In our grey godown, we possess sufficient inventories of running constructions for prompt shipments to our regular customers.
Singeing and Brushing
A brand new wider-width singeing machine has just been added to our squad that has made us capable of ensuring the pilling standard up to rating 5.
Brushing machines have also been installed recently so that we may now have better flannel quality and increased efficiency.
Stitching
With an array of 80 stitching machines, the stitching unit has an average capacity to process up to 250,000 meters of fabric per month. The product line is customized to manufacture
